This Chocolate Sauce makes a wonderful topping for everything from ice cream to fresh raspberries to chocolate cake.
* 1 Tbsp. butter
* 8 oz. semisweet or dark chocolate, chopped
2. Place chocolate in a heat-proof dish. Pour cream sauce over. Stir until chocolate melts.

Preparation
1. Heat cream and butter in a heavy saucepan over medium heat just until bubbles start to form around the edges.2. Place chocolate in a heat-proof dish. Pour cream sauce over. Stir until chocolate melts.
